The activities of the Res Law Office include:

  • legal advice for foreigners,

  • mediation in the handling of all administrative procedures related to granting a temporary residence permit, a permanent residence permit or a long-term EU resident stay, stay for humanitarian reasons,

  • work permit for foreigners and a statement on the intention to entrust work to a foreigner,

  • help in determining Polish origin,

  • establishing companies and their registration in the National Court Register,

  • registration of economic activities,

  • matters regulated in the Act on granting protection to foreigners within the territory of the Republic of Poland – refugee status, asylum, subsidiary protection, tolerated stay,

  • matters of granting Polish citizenship and recognition as a Polish citizen,

  • appeals, complaints and complaints and all other pleadings,

  • solving and liquidation of companies.
